According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, a New Water Capital affiliate’s recent recapitalization of Sea Link International Inc. was among the top 10 Tampa Bay deals during the first half of 2016. The 23 deals in the six months ending June 30 were valued at a total $10.1 billion, the business journal reports.
Sea Link, a Largo company, designs and manufactures high-precision automotive lighting components servicing global Tier 1 and OEM customers. The company produces products that address the increasingly complex design needs of the major automotive companies as they undergo an industry-wide transition to LED headlamps.
